From our base at Colchester Leisure World our Introductory Wednesday rides at 11:00 a.m. mainly off road, open to all, aimed at new riders, returning riders and those wishing to improve their health. Bikes and safety equipment are available to loan.

We offer a path of increased challenges through our Friday ride at 10:30 a.m. a mixture of road and cycle paths, further afield at a slightly faster pace.
